buffalo chicken salad
Buffalo chicken salad is a recent discovery of mine. I don’t know what it is about buffalo-chicken-flavored things, but I can’t seem to get enough. You take some Frank’s RedHot sauce and pour it on pretty much anything and I’ll eat it.
Then there’s just chicken salad in general. It’s so super easy to make, you can eat it in so many different ways, and it’s just downright delicious!
Marry the two, and you have a delicious medley that works for lunch, dinner, or a yummy snack. Make it into a sandwich or wrap and pair with some blue cheese dressing for a full meal, or eat with crackers or veggies for snacking.

- ½ c. mayonnaise
- ⅓ c. Franks RedHot sauce
